It has been cloudy and raining a lot here in the west part of The Netherlands. This is a good thing for the vegetation and farmers are happy I guess. It doesn't do well for great photography when its dull and grey. However sometimes the cloudy skies will let sunlight filter through as it did the last few days. You can feel the damped air, sun light when it hits and with this the grasslands just explode.

This is also good news for all the birds and other species in nature. They have an abundance of food and shelter. The funny thing is they use it well and that’s what surprised me. So it was fun to see that nature did its own hide and seek. Here are some of the photos of that evening. Nothing really special, just fun in shooting.

So there you have it! A video and some photos! All shot with the Sony combo! And don’t hesitate to leave a comment or an e-mail. Click to view larger in a light box and navigate with mouse or arrow keys. Enjoy!
