Broken to pieces - An urban exploration adventure

It has been a while since I did a photography trip with my good friend Marc Duiker. The last time we went to Iceland, see here, but usually we go to old abandoned buildings to do some urban exploring or urbex for short.

This time Marc wanted to revisit an old glass factory and I'm all in. So off we went towards Belgium in the surrounding of Liege. By the way, most of the urbex I have done is in this region of Belgium. In The Netherlands buildings tend to be demolished and rebuild quite quickly as it is too expensive to just let it sit there, shame though!

I took my trusty Fujiflilm X-T2 with the FUJIFILM XF 10-24mm F4.0 R OIS. I was always a big fan of ultra wide and especially this lens. It's compact, well build and sharp. But lately I'm leaning towards the more "normal" wide end, say 21mm - 35mm. Not a real problem, the lens does the range just fine, more an observation as my photography is continuously changing. Maybe one day I'll buy the uber sharp 16mm from Fujifilm -or- the 23mm .. -or- ...  oke oke G.A.S. (gear accumulation syndrome).

A few photo's from the trip.
