Evenings in the Ardeche

So last year we spend our vacation in the Ardèche in France. Ardèche is a département in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of south-central France. It is named after the River Ardèche and famous for the Chauvet Pont d'Arc and its cave paintings.

I did not edit these photos earlier as I really struggled to get my workflow adjusted to the, at that time, X-T1. The X-T2 is a bit different and easier, but still Fujifilm requires a different approach to postprocessing in Lightroom. Now a year later, especially with the updates to Lightroom, I really have found my new workflow and know how to post process photos to my vision and liking.

As this was a non-photography vacation I did not shoot that much, but did shoot the evenings in the Ardèche, which are beautiful. Especially when the thunder rolls in, but do not discount the sunsets either, see below.

All were shot on the Fujifilm X-T1 and lenses: 10-24, 18-55 and the second with the Samyang 8mm Fisheye.
